Ms. Steady is the managing member of the firm and keeps hours in the in Haddonfield, NJ and Philadelphia, PA offices.

Her practice focuses on Chapter 7 individual and corporate cases and Chapter 13 consumer cases, as well as Chapter 11 business reorganizations, workouts and commercial transactions. Ms. Steady also represents private lenders and financial institutions in bankruptcy matters.

Ms. Steady represents parties in restructuring, reorganizing and the sale of assets and businesses in various industries. Her commercial experience includes transactions in the construction, hospitality, legal, real estate, retail, and manufacturing industries.

She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in the prosecution and defense of preference, fraudulent transfer, equitable subordination, non-dischargeability, plan confirmation and automatic stay disputes.

Max Gardner, III Bankruptcy Boot Camp – A 4 day intensive seminar in which seven (7) participants are immersed in all-day studies concerning cutting edge topics in consumer bankruptcy representation with focus on the interplay between bankruptcy law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Chapter 13 Plan confirmation strategies, and the impact securitization of mortgages and other debt obligations has on such representation.
